Refund Policy

Last updated: June 30, 2026. Minuit Hub sells digital prepaid API token packages.

Eligible refunds

You may request a refund for unused credits within 7 days of purchase if credits have not been consumed, transferred, or associated with policy-violating activity.

Non-refundable cases

Consumed credits, completed digital delivery, abusive usage, chargeback abuse, or orders suspended for policy violations may be non-refundable.

Review process

Refund requests are reviewed manually. We may ask for account email, transaction reference, reason for request, and usage confirmation.

Processing time

Approved refunds are submitted to the payment provider within 5 to 10 business days. Bank or card processing times may vary.
