Last updated: June 30, 2026. These terms govern purchases and use of prepaid API token packages sold by Minuit Hub.

Service

Minuit Hub provides digital API token credits for approved software workflows. Credits are not physical goods, stored-value cards, investment products, or cash equivalents.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing contact information, safeguarding account credentials, and ensuring your API usage complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

Acceptable use

You may not use Minuit Hub services for illegal activity, unauthorized access, harassment, intellectual property infringement, payment abuse, malware, spam, unsafe activity, or activity restricted by our payment partners or applicable regulation.

Safety and rights review

Customer API usage may be subject to input filtering, output safety checks, rate limits, manual review, and account suspension when policy risk, abuse, or rights infringement is detected.

Credits and availability

Credits are consumed according to metered API usage. Service availability can vary due to maintenance, infrastructure limits, abuse prevention, or upstream provider issues.

Review and suspension

We may review accounts, limit usage, suspend access, or decline orders when needed for risk control, legal compliance, payment review, or policy enforcement.
